Claim, Customize & Share a Template
Open the Hub: Left sidebar → Templates → Template Hub. Search or filter by specialty, language, or keyword; sort by Most Used, Most Liked, or New. Preview a template with mock data, then hit “Use This Template” to claim it into My Templates.
Edit headings, prompts, and logic (paragraphs, bullet lists, tables, disclaimers), then Save. Set visibility to Public, Team, or Private. Any edit auto-creates a new version—rollback anytime via History.
Creating a Team-Only Library
Admin → Teams → create or open a team. Enable “Shared Template Library.” Members can publish directly to that private hub—perfect for multi-clinic groups or residency programs. Pair Template Hub sharing with Macros & Global Memories for a fully standardized documentation workflow.
