Common questions about Scribeberry's AI medical scribe, pricing, security, and getting started. Can't find your answer? Contact us.
What is Scribeberry?
Scribeberry is an AI-powered medical scribe that listens to clinical encounters (in-person, virtual, or dictation), converts speech to structured text, and auto-generates polished notes that drop straight into your EMR. Built by healthcare providers, for healthcare providers.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Scribeberry is fully HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise-grade security. We are SOC 2 Type 2 certified. Your data is stored regionally on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud infrastructure, ensuring it never leaves your jurisdiction.
Which EMRs do you support?
Scribeberry integrates with virtually any EMR including Accuro, Oscar Pro, Epic, Jane, CHR, Juno, MYLE, and any web-based EMR through our Chrome Extension. Our desktop app supports direct dictation into any EMR on Mac and Windows. If your EMR runs on a computer, Scribeberry works with it.
In-person and virtual?
Yes! Scribeberry works for both in-person and virtual encounters. For in-person visits, our AI listens through your device microphone. For virtual visits, our desktop app captures system audio directly from telehealth platforms. You can also upload pre-recorded audio files.
Which specialties & languages?
Scribeberry supports 40+ languages including French, Mandarin, Punjabi, Arabic, and more with live translation capabilities. Our specialty-tuned models cover family medicine, psychiatry, orthopedics, pediatrics, obstetrics, internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and many more specialties.
Who owns my notes?
You do. 100%. Your clinical notes are yours and yours alone. Scribeberry never uses your data to train AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time. We believe clinician ownership of documentation is a fundamental right.
