Getting Started

Offline Audio
Transcription

Upload audio files from dictaphones, phones, or call recordings and let Scribeberry generate structured clinical notes.

Why Offline Transcription?

Record on your smartphone or digital recorder when clinic Wi-Fi is spotty, then upload when you’re back online. Capture full encounters in remote communities with medical-grade accuracy. Keep your trusted dictaphone workflow while gaining AI-powered note generation. Audio never leaves your device until you choose to upload—encrypted in transit and at rest.

Step-by-Step: From Recorder to Ready-to-Sign Note

1. Select “Transcribe Audio”: blue + button → Transcribe Audio. 2. Upload your file: WAV, MP3, M4A, or AAC (up to 2 GB)—immediately encrypted and queued. 3. Pick a template: SOAP, Operative Note, Psychiatry MSE, Rehab Progress, etc. 4. Click Generate Note—Scribeberry converts speech to text to polished note. 5. Review & export: copy to EMR, Smart Push, PDF for patient, or secure email.

Supported Audio Sources

Smartphone voice-memos (iOS & Android), Olympus/Sony digital dictaphones, telehealth platform recordings (Zoom, Meet, Doxy), in-clinic phone systems (.wav export), and multitrack conference mics (channels merged automatically).

Accuracy Boosters

Use 16 kHz+ sample rate for clearer medical terms. Record in a quiet room to reduce background noise. Name files descriptively (e.g., “2025-07-29 – Dr Lee – Prenatal Visit.wav”) to help auto-populate metadata. Use macros after upload—“Insert .PE normal” expands a full physical exam in one click.
