Set your note-taking preferences and memories. 4. Hit Record & talk – Scribeberry transcribes live, tags speakers, and translates on the fly.

Left Sidebar (Your Control Center): Scribes, Folders, Templates, Macros, Forms, Agents, EMR integrations, and Settings. Center Pane (Your Library): dynamic scribe list, quick actions on hover, draft indicators, and the blue “New” button for encounter creation.

Right Work Area (Where the Magic Happens): live transcript with speaker labels, context box for private notes and file attachments, Generate button, and output tabs for Preview, PDF, Clipboard, Secure Email, and Send to EMR. Bottom Chat Bar (Command-Line Superpower): natural-language edits, document chaining, clinical Q&A with citations, and multilingual patient handouts.

Quick-Start Checklist

Log in at app.scribeberry.com. Explore the left sidebar to view your folders and access templates, forms, macros, and agents. Use the middle pane to pick scribes, filter and search. Work in the right panel where all editing and AI actions happen. Configure EMR integrations and settings via the bottom bar.
